Within our international company in Oldenzaal we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager. You have already several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in an international branded company (sanitary, living, design) with a view to the end customer.

You will be responsible for ensuring the success of the Hansgrohe Group’s drainage product portfolio and guiding the cross-functional teams that are involved in the product development process. Ownership of defining the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product lines.

You will report to the Managing Director ESS B.V. and indirectly Product Management Hansgrohe SE.

Your tasks

• Management of the international drainage product portfolio (with a focus on product categories for everything to do with drainage solutions and related shower place products, such as shower channels, shower trays, drainage system for the wash and bath places) as well as easy to install container solutions.;
  

• Continuous development of a 3-year rolling product roadmap with respective regular assortment, life cycle and competitive analyses to derive optimization potential and options for action;

• Elaboration of new product concepts including value proposition, taking into account customer insights as well as global customer, market and channel requirements;

• Close cooperation with external designers (Phoenix) within the new product creation process in the spirit of an entrepreneurial product manager;

• Creation of specification sheets, business cases and sales planning, sales arguments and performance management of global new products;

• Close alignment with the Headquarters international Product Management teams;

• Close cooperation with the Hansgrohe international distribution network and constant performance control of the responsible portfolio.
  

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable subject;

• Several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in an international branded company (sanitary, living, design) with a view to the end customer;
  

• Comprehensive experience in the entire product development process from the ideation and product conception phase to go-to-market activities;
  

• Product passion, technical affinity and enthusiasm for new products paired with entrepreneurship and communication skills;
  

• Structured, strategic thinking and approach but also creative skills as well as fun and enjoyment in the early phase of innovation;
  

• Fluent English and German language skills.
